Hey everyone!! Hope you are all doing awesome. This is my first official blog, which will be more like a quick note, as I don’t want to put you to sleep! lol

Music is one of those things. It can really touch people in ways that go beyond words. It reaches the inner part of us, doesn’t it? Numerous times in my life, different songs have touch my heart. Recently, I was listening to a song by P.O.D., “It Can’t Rain Every Day” which is from their latest cd (at the time of this writing) When Angels & Serpents Dance. One day I listened to that song 3 times in a row, as it really spoke to me and blessed me.

I can tell you in all sincerity that I get extremely humbled when people tell me how a song I wrote touched their heart, connected with them or encouraged them in some way. That’s what it’s all about. We are on this planet for such a short time and I personally want to make a difference in that period of existence here and pray that I will “hear” His soft gentle voice in terms of direction. I am thankful to the Creator for His inspiration and that songs continue to be birthed in my life.

On Saturday, March 28th, I’ll be doing some live music between 1-3pm at Salem Storehouse in Ottawa. Should be a lot of fun. After that, I’ll be taking a break until May 1st. Some things are in the works that hopefully will lead to playing in different areas of Ontario over the next 8 months. I’m really excited about that. If I’m in your area be sure to say “hi”.
